Following all consultations clients receive notes and fact sheets which can be emailed or sent through the post. This provides information on actions required to improve clients health as discussed during the consultation. Ongoing personal support via email and telephone is also provided.

Terms and conditions

The Nutrition Service will endeavour to provide advice to assist in helping to resolve health issues, however, no guarantees as to improved health can be made. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Details of your records will only be released upon your written consent. This includes General Practitioners (GPs).

Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice, and you are encouraged to discuss your condition with your GP. In some cases, you may be referred to your GP. This may be for tests which are available on the NHS or to ensure that recommended supplements will work appropriately with any medication you may be taking.

Cancellation fees; appointments missed or cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee of £50 applies. Please contact Helena in person to cancel consultations.

Payment should be made by cash or cheque at the time of the appointment. Cheques should be made payable to ´Helena Hall´. Online services should be paid through paypal.

The Nutrition Service retains copyright of all written material provided.

Corporate services are supplied in confidence and a confidentiality agreement can be produced and/or signed as required. Payments are due within 10 days unless agreed otherwise.
